Should grand juries be allowed to criticize? A Pennsylvania lawmaker doesn’t think so


Pennsylvania prosecutors would be precluded from criticizing public officials, witnesses and others who may be called before a grand jury impaneled to hear evidence and testimony about a crime, or health and safety violations that could endanger the public or justice under a state Senate bill.
